For years, I woke up stressed. Stressed to see my hair looking like a bird’s nest, even after spending hours styling the night before.

But the real struggle is when the stress sometimes messes up my whole mood. This makes even simple tasks like making the bed stressful, leading to dragging myself throughout the day.

So in the hope of solving this… I spent hours searching for solutions, tried different conditioners, and used wide-sized combs and etc. Yet, I woke up the same – all frizzy and tangled.

It went to a point where once… I trashed all my conditioners, thinking they were a scam. But I bought them again with a new hope. But I never thought the reason for my struggles would be my cotton pillowcase.

Here’s what I mean…

If you were like me, you wouldn’t have the time to wash your pillowcase every day. If so, then… Your pillow is the land of bacteria, dust mites, and feces.

They are tiny to see, but the dust mites eat your dead skin cells and poop on your pillowcase, making it infested. On top, it is filled with your nights and nights of saliva, sweat, oils, and other hair & skin products you use every day. All mixed, making it infested as same as a toilet seat, and yet I was sleeping with clean styled hair every day.

On top, as cotton absorbs, it sucks all the conditioner and moisture at night, leaving the hair dry and frizzy. Then I understood, why my conditioners weren’t working.
